Chicken is a part of the majority of my dishes – whether grilled, boiled, or baked. We do try to stay away from fried, regardless of how delicious the “skin” is! I’ve been stuck in a rut with baked {and even roasted} chicken recipes, so I decided to ask my blogging friends for a couple of theirs!
