Digimon Fusion Makes Playtime a Blast!

I grew up on Digimon. I know, I’m showing my age here. I remember when the first episode aired back in 1999 (I was 9 years old). It was a staple in my Saturday morning TV show line-up. It’s now 2014, and I have a child of my own. The sixth season of the Digimon franchise, Digimon Fusion, will join the Vortexx on The CW line-up starting on February 17th! There will be an ALL DAY marathon, including two brand new episodes at 9PM EST.

Isabella has never watched Digimon, but we’re excited to watch the marathon of Digimon episodes airing on February 17th. As a Saban Brand-Bassador for 2014, we were sent a package of Digimon Fusion goodies to gear up for the new season!

We received a Digimon Fusion drawstring bag and finger flashlights, Great Northern Popcorn and paper tin, and one of the new DigiFusion figures. We got the Dorulumon figure! Isabella was most interested in the finger flashlights, but after I took the DigiFusion figure out of the package, she decided she’ll play with both at the same time. LOL

This toy is recommended for ages 4 and up. Isabella won’t be turning 4 until April, but she was able to play with the DigiFusion figure fine. You just have to know your child before letting them play with it due to choking hazards.

The DigiFusion figures help build fine motor skills, as they have a ball and socket construction system that allows them to put the figure together, as well as “fuse” the figures together. The DigiFusion figures will be available in mid-February at Toys “R” Us, Walmart, Target and Amazon.com.
