Pregnancy has wrecked my body. I used to be a size 2 in pants and a size Xtra Small in shirts. Now, well…I’m not even going to say. to review. It contains two 30-minute workouts that you can do in the comfort of your own home. But, after you complete this workout for a couple weeks, you won’t want to stay at home!
