Salada Green Tea Review

Green tea is one of, if not the most, beneficial tea on the market today. Did you know that green tea has the ability to lower cholesterol, prevent dementia and diabetes, speed metabolism and prevent cavities – just to name a few? Just one cup of freshly brewed green tea can put you on the right track to achieving better health. I was given the opportunity to try out a variety of Salada Green Teas, and let me tell you – I don’t think I’ll purchase green tea elsewhere from now on.

Salada offers green teas designed for different purposes, such as metabolism, brain boost and immunity. Each box contains 20 tea bags. These 100% all natural teas are the perfect way to start your morning or spruce up your evening. My favorite out of these three is definitely the Immunity tea, as it has a delectable peach and nectarine flavor that I find simply irresistible. All three of the teas are gluten-free, as well.

The above two tea blends are also quite amazing. Whenever you need an extra pep in your step, just choose the Energy Boost blend. These two are to be used for a Keurig K-Cup Brewing System. Additionally, if you’re struggling to add fiber into your diet, the Fiber Boost blend is an excellent choice.

My family’s favorites, however, were the iced tea blends. I first made a batch of the raspberry flavored iced tea, and I couldn’t help but have more than one glass. It tastes incredible! I’m a sucker for all things raspberry flavored anyways, and this is absolutely no exception. This might just be my favorite tea ever. My grandfather, on the other hand, preferred the tropical fruit flavor, which consists of pineapple and passionfruit.
